Of course! ReJig frequently perform across the four provinces of Ireland. As long as your venue is accessible by road we’ll get there! The short answer is everything. Every genre is covered and represented in our live show. Please check out our setlist for an idea of what we do or better still, why not come check us out at a live show. Please email or call us for a list of upcoming public showcase gigs. Alternatively, check out our facebook page. This is actually an important question and it’s a matter we take quite seriously. A band that has no dynamic ability and who are too loud can make an evening very unpleasant. Music should be enjoyable but never intrusive. As four highly experienced musicians and performers, we constantly monitor the sound in the venue from initial sound check and throughout the course of the evening. Every venue and every room has different acoustic properties and we always play to the room. We believe that the guests on the dance floor should be able to dance and party whilst others at the tables or the bar may still be able to hold a conversation if they so wish. We certainly do and we will encourage everyone to get out on the floor for them. We can by all means leave them out if you wish but in our experience everybody secretly loves them! We can perform your first dance live or if you would rather the original version we can play the mp3 through our speakers. In the event that you would like us to learn your first dance we would kindly request one months notice. We typically arrive at the venue an hour before we are due to commence our performance and we require 45 minutes to get set up and ready to go. We mobilise quietly and discretely and never enter the room or cause disturbance during speeches or service. For weddings, we typically wear black suits, white shirts and black ties (as per our pictures on the website). Yes! We provide full backline, Dynacord PA system and Starville lighting equipment. Like anything, when it comes to choosing your DJ, there will be the good and the not so good. Many bands will offer a “DJ service” and more often than not this will consist of a single band member playing mp3s through the PA as the band are packing up. ReJig don’t do this. A good DJ will MC the remainder of the night and interact with you and your guests to ensure that the night owls are well catered for and your night ends with a bang. We are happy to recommend quality DJs who we have worked alongside over the years. Please contact us for recommendations. Absolutely! This is a regular occurrence at many of our gigs and can often make for great fun on the night. As long as it is sanctioned by the Bride and Groom it’s fine by us. We require a €200 deposit to secure your date. Once the deposit is received we will forward a confirmation email containing the particulars of your booking. Some of our Frequently Asked Questions.
